This re-seal, detail and patch grout completed this week…
Attention: This job had severe water damage due to cracked grout being left over a long period of time. Also as you can see someone had tried a quick fix buy siliconing over the area, which when done incorrectly doesn’t work and causes further problems down the track. Now after a grout and silicone removal thorough treatment and replacement of correct product. The area is back in use and much easier on the eyes. (Grout is partly still drying in pictures from sealer)
